Role Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is a key operational team member responsible for accurately transferring, validating, and configuring data on our digital platforms based on client documentation. Working alongside implementation leads, this role focuses on high-precision data entry, strict proofreading, identifying missing details, and maintaining top-tier quality control across all entries.
This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured processes, possess strong English reading comprehension, and take pride in accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Platform Configuration: Accurately enter, map, and update information from Excel, Word, or PDF source documents into digital platform fields and interfaces.
- Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Carefully review configured data, text entries, and documents to ensure 100% accuracy, proper formatting, and flawless English grammar/spelling.
- Gap Identification: Analyze source files during entry to spot incomplete, conflicting, or missing information and flag them clearly for internal review.
- Self-Verification & Peer Review: Test and validate your own work before submitting it for final sign-off, ensuring error-free output.
- Process Consistency: Follow established operational checklists and quality controls across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 1–3 years in roles such as Implementation Support, Operations, Data Entry, Back-Office BPO, Document Review, Administrative Support, or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Foreign Languages, Communications, International Trade, or equivalent practical experience.
- Language: Advanced English skills (written and reading comprehension are paramount for proofreading source documents).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data filtering, formulas, formatting, lookups) and general MS Office tools.
- Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, high organizational skills, comfort with repetitive process-driven tasks, and strong problem-solving initiative.
