We are expanding our remote team and seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Business Development Associate to support outreach efforts across the United States and Canada.

What You’ll Do
As an Appointment Setter / Business Development Associate, you will focus on outbound prospecting, building relationships with business owners, and scheduling discovery calls for the Business Development team.
You’ll play a key role in generating new opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Compensation Plan
- Base Pay: $8 per hour
- Commission: $10 per discovery call completed
- Additional performance incentives based on appointments run
- Opportunity to increase earnings through volume and performance
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outreach
- Make high-volume outbound calls to a provided list of in-home service businesses
- Cold call business owners and decision makers
- Schedule 15-minute intro calls and discovery meetings
- Follow structured call process: Cold Call → Intro Call → Discovery Call → Proposal
- Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads
- Build relationships with business owners across multiple industries
- Maintain consistent pipeline and appointment flow
Pre Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- College education required (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
- Previous cold calling, appointment setting, recruiting, or business development experience preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (40 hours per week)
- Experience scheduling discovery calls or sales appointments preferred
- Strong professionalism and polished phone presence
- Comfortable using auto dialers, CRM systems, and data tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset (not a 9–5 mentality)
- Reliable internet, video capability, and quiet home office environment
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Visa for U.S. travel or currently in process is a plus
