Job Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Comprehensively oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and bin locations, implement 6S site management, and improve space utilization and overall warehouse appearance.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, continuously optimize workflows to reduce error rates and operating costs, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
2. Team Management & Development
- Lead local team recruitment, scheduling, training, performance appraisal, and talent pipeline development; establish standardized operating protocols to enhance team execution capability.
- Foster a positive team culture, design talent development and succession plans, and create a motivating, competitive, and collaborative work environment.
3. Cost & Performance Management
- Develop and execute warehouse operating budgets, monitor all expense categories, and control labor costs and material/supply costs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy rate, on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, and labor productivity; conduct regular data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel (including visitors, employees, and drivers) and the security of stored goods.
- Conduct regular 6S audits, safety hazard inspections and rectifications, annual equipment inspections (e.g., racking, forklifts), and emergency drills (fire, natural disasters, etc.).
- Ensure warehouse operations fully comply with applicable local laws and regulations (e.g., fire codes, OSHA requirements) and corporate safety policies.
5. Systems & Process Optimization
- Proficiently operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant platforms; drive system adoption and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with domestic cross-functional teams and external service providers (carriers/transportation companies) to resolve operational exceptions; ensure timely communication and follow-through on feedback and action items.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on warehouse operations management experience, preferably in large-scale cross-border e-commerce or third-party overseas warehousing (3PL) operations.
- Experience managing multiple warehouses or large-footprint facilities (e.g., 100,000+ sq. ft.) is highly preferred.
3. Professional Skills
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations; proficient in WMS, ERP, and other warehouse management systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability in process optimization, cost control, inventory analysis, and problem-solving.
4. Language & Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and the local language (e.g., English/German, depending on location).
- Strong cross-functional coordination, negotiation, and team management abilities; capable of working effectively under pressure.
5. Other Requirements
- Willingness to accept overseas assignments or business travel. Local work authorization or permanent residency (Green Card) in the target country is preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Engineer or Certified Fire Engineer are a plus (particularly for safety-focused roles).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
