- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or PMC in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP/MRP for production planning, inventory management, material control, work orders, and shortage analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT planning.
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in an EMS environment.
- Knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCBA, Back End, Assembly, Testing, or Finished Goods processes.
- Strong ability to interpret MPS, forecast, backlog, customer demand, capacity plan, and shortage reports.
- Experience coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and global teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is required.
- Good English level, both written and verbal.
- Immediate availability.
