As a TA Sourcing Consultant you will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s long‑term talent strategy by leveraging market intelligence, data analytics, and digital sourcing tools. This role goes beyond filling open roles—you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture diverse talent pipelines aligned to current and future business priorities.
Using data‑driven insights, you will anticipate workforce needs, map talent markets, and influence hiring strategies by translating analytics into actionable recommendations. You will partner closely with Recruiters, HR, and business leaders to ensure Schneider Electric remains competitive in attracting high‑impact talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
We are seeking a forward‑thinking sourcing professional who thrives in a digital environment, embraces analytics, and reflects our culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer‑centric service.

Proactively identify and engage hard‑to‑find, passive candidates for critical and future‑focused roles—no open requisition required.
-
Anticipate future strategic talent needs through ongoing collaboration with business leaders and HR partners.
Data, Analytics & Digital Enablement
-
Leverage CRM and ATS platforms (iCIMS, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive sourcing effectiveness, populate roles from talent pools, and measure pipeline health.
-
Analyze sourcing and pipeline data (conversion rates, diversity metrics, time‑to‑engage) to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
-
Produce and present LinkedIn and iCIMS reporting, translating data into insights for stakeholders and leadership.
-
Champion a digital‑first mindset, continuously improving efficiency through new tools, automation, and sourcing technologies.
Pipeline Development & Inclusion Strategy
-
Build always‑on, future‑ready talent pipelines, focusing on skills‑based hiring and transferable capabilities.
-
Attract talent from adjacent and non‑traditional industries, expanding access to critical skills globally.
-
Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using a diverse mix of digital platforms, networks, and communities.
Brand, Engagement & Enablement
-
Serve as an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) ambassador, strengthening Schneider Electric’s talent brand in the market.
-
Design data‑informed outreach and engagement strategies to keep talent “warm” and connected to the organization.
-
Administer onboarding initiatives and programs including Bootcamp, New Hire Onboarding, Team Open Line, and One Voice.
-
Mentor and collaborate with teammates, sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
