Security Industry Specialists (SIS)
The Mexico Country Lead is the primary leadership figure for all SIS activities in Mexico, reporting directly to the Senior Director, LATAM. The role carries two mandates of equal importance. The primary mandate is business development: opening new doors and expanding the clients SIS already serves, using your network and instincts to grow our presence across the Mexican market. The secondary mandate is operations oversight: ensuring the Mexico operation runs clean — service meets every commitment, quality holds, and the operation no longer depends on any one person because you've built the systems and the playbook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute business development initiatives in Mexico, identifying new client opportunities, developing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations in alignment with the company's LATAM growth strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and along with Senior Director for LATAM acting as the primary commercial representative of the company in Mexico.
- Map the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to inform regional business strategy.
- Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Mexico operation, ensuring service delivery meets contractual commitments, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for operational issues in Mexico, engaging the Senior Director, LATAM when matters involve financial, legal, or strategic implications.
- Build, motivate, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team in Mexico, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years winning business in security services. Demonstrated track record in business development — including client acquisition, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in security services, risk management or related fields.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken), at ease with executives and clients in both.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican business environment, including regulatory, labor, and market dynamics.
- Based in Mexico City or ready to move there, and ready to travel across the country.
- Comfortable holding accountability for both commercial growth and operational performance.
- Experience working within multinational organizations with matrix reporting structures.
