- Develops, coordinates and supports the Continuous Improvement (CI) process within the manufacturing operation, ensuring alignment with business priorities, safety, quality, delivery, cost and people objectives.
- Administers and follows up MNAD’s and Support teams (BIT’s, BAT’s) governance model and routines, ensuring clear agenda management, action tracking, KPI visibility, escalation of risks and disciplined closure of commitments.
- Develops, maintains CI & Factory dashboards, action registers, project trackers and performance though the use of technology on data collection & Data Analytics for efficient analysis that drives actions.
- Supports Six Sigma and data-driven problem-solving projects, including problem definition, data collection, root cause analysis, countermeasure validation and control plan follow-up.
- Coordinates CI planning routines, strategic planning events, goal deployment sessions and quarterly report preparation to communicate progress, gaps, risks and next actions to leadership.
- Partners with all factory areas & departments, to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements reports to ensure transparency and accountability across improvement initiatives.
- Acts as CI coach, mentor and trainer for employees and leaders, building practical capability in Lean, Data Analytics, reporting, 5S, standard work, visual management and structured problem solving
- Experience supporting or leading Continuous Improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Experience on implementation of technology on data analytics, dashboards,
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen methodology, 5S, standard work, visual management, value stream thinking and waste reduction principles.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma / DMAIC fundamentals and structured problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto analysis and A3 thinking.
- Industrial Engineering knowledge related to process analysis, capacity studies, labor utilization, line balance, layout, flow, time studies and productivity improvement.
- Ability to administer BATs and BITs routines, including agenda preparation, minutes, action item follow-up, KPI review, escalation and governance cadence.
- Ability to collect, validate, organize and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Experience preparing executive reports, quarterly business reviews, project updates, improvement roadmaps and strategic planning materials.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Power BI or similar tools for data analysis, dashboards and storytelling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply management, maintenance, safety and factory leadership team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Green Belt, Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience on projects implementation with strong creative, innovative and tech applied mindset.
- Digital mindset with the ability to standardize, simplify and automate reporting routines or workflow follow-up processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading Kaizen events that delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality, safety, delivery or cost.
· ·Ability to translate complex operational data into clear executive narratives, dashboards and recommendations for decision making.
- Experience coordinating strategic planning sessions/events, business reviews, leadership workshops or cross-functional improvement events.
- Understanding of manufacturing financial drivers such as labor productivity, burden, cost reduction, scrap, rework, downtime and capacity utilization.
- Experience coaching supervisors, engineers and production teams in practical problem solving and improvement discipline.
· ·Strong facilitation skills to align different stakeholders, manage ambiguity and sustain momentum across multiple improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Engineering, Digital Thecnology or related field.
- Lean Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement certifications are desirable.
