Critical Spares & Inventory Analyst
Location: Remote – Mexico
We are looking for a Critical Spares & Inventory Analyst to support inventory planning and material operations within a telecommunications environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of critical spare equipment, coordinating replenishment activities, and maintaining efficient inventory levels to support network operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily usage of critical spare inventory and create replenishment orders.
- Manage work orders for the shipment, receipt, and movement of materials.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify excess inventory and coordinate transfers between warehouse locations.
- Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities with vendors and operations teams.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify inventory shortages and improve material availability.
- Analyze Dead on Arrival (DOA) trends and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Field Operations to optimize inventory performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Experience using Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting telecommunications, network operations, data centers, or technical field services.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory optimization.
- Experience with RMA processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
