We are looking for a collaborative, automation-focused Senior DevOps Engineer to streamline the SDLC by improving build, test, and release workflows. You will partner closely with developers to deliver secure, reliable cloud deployments through strong CI/CD and infrastructure automation—apply to help accelerate delivery with confidence.
Responsibilities

Design automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort

Build and maintain pipeline workflows for build, test, and release across environments

Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
-
Provision and manage consistent cloud environments across development, test, and production
-
Configure application environments to maintain parity between local and cloud setups
-
Coordinate and automate deployments and rollbacks to minimize disruption
-
Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
-
Collaborate with developers to bridge code changes and reliable deployment
-
Optimize build and release processes to improve speed, stability, and reliability
Requirements
-
3+ years DevOps engineering experience in build, release, or cloud infrastructure roles
-
Strong leadership skills to drive automation and DevSecOps best practices with developers

Proven project experience coordinating automated releases, deployments, and rollbacks

Hands-on CI/CD tooling expertise with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines

Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge on Amazon Web Services

Solid containerization skills with Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS
-
Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation

Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
