Education: Electronic Engineer or Industrial Engineer
English 80%. ( Essential)
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality and electronics processes, preferably in supervisory roles.
Knowledge : (Essential)
- TL9000, ISO 9000, IPC 610, ESD, 5'S.
- QCP & FMEA, 8D.
- SPC, DMAIC, NPI.
- Incoming process, Calibration Process.
- Microsoft Office Tools, Minitab.
Specific functions:
Management & Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate operational personnel (Team Leaders and IR Auditors) to ensure the delivery of results in a timely manner.
- Ensure the correct execution of engineering changes and established agreements
Quality Validation:
- Validate and sign First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and ensure that agreed changes are correctly executed on the line.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements defined by clients and projects.
- Ensure the integrity of the Incoming inspection processes.
Document & System Management:
- Ensure the constant update of documents and records in corporate systems (IWeb/IM, NCMR, Agile, Oracle).
- Indispensable handling of ERP/MES systems (Oracle, Agile, IWeb, IM, ticketing systems, and document control).
Regulatory Compliance:
- Attend audits and ensure that the material complies with the established guidelines for electronic and mechanical components (RoHS, ESD, solderability standards, etc.).
Discrepancy Resolution:
- Control and execute the proper disposition of materials in the Material Review Board (MRB) committee.
- Manage rejected material and collaborate with the MRB committee for its final disposition, ensuring that reprocessed material (if applicable) goes through Incoming controls again.
Technical Competencies:
- Advanced handling of measuring tools and laboratory equipment (microscopes, LCR, metrology equipment).
- Interpretation of technical specifications, engineering drawings, and blueprints (CAD).
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 for sampling plans).
- Knowledge and application of the SOP-ST-10124-444 instruction for the handling, inventory control, and disposition of non-conforming materials (MRB, RTV, REWORK, RTC)
Soft Skills:
- Leadership, decision-making under pressure, focus on continuous improvement (e.g., use of tools such as 4-Quadrant Improvement), and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams (Product Engineering, SQE, Warehouse).
