Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Designer (Custom Closet Designer) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative interior spatial planning and technical project execution. Your primary focus will be designing custom closet layouts and drafting accurate technical drawings in AutoCAD, while also providing essential project coordination and administrative support.
Location Requirement: This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Latin America.
Language Requirement: Fluency and exceptional verbal communication skills in English are required, as all business is conducted entirely in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Create custom closet and spatial designs tailored to specific client requirements.
- Prepare, draft, and update detailed design drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
- Revise and refine layouts as needed based on client or team feedback.
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and project documentation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date digital project files.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project execution from initial design to installation.
Requirements
- Mandatory Portfolio: You MUST provide a design portfolio demonstrating your work (either as a PDF document or a link to an online portfolio) with your application.
- English Proficiency: Excellent English speaking and written communication skills are required.
- Updated Resume: Resumes must be fully updated and submitted in English only.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD is strictly required. Experience with ClosetPro is a strong plus.
- Experience: Background in interior design, closet design, cabinetry, millwork, or a closely related field.
- Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
Work Schedule & Shift Information
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (Flexible between these options)
- Days: Monday to Friday
