Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while leading and supporting the customer service team to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and efficient daily operations.
Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments and handle transactions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide support and guidance on products and services.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times.
- Send documents and follow up on customer requests.
- Provide administrative support related to commercial insurance policies.
- Supervise and support the customer service team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Train, coach, and onboard new customer service representatives.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and team metrics.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of customer service and client support principles.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Personal computer and stable internet connection.
Job Conditions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Texas Time).
- Modality: 100% remote (work from home).
- Position Type: Full-time.
