Job Summary
The Print Ecommerce Site Merchandiser is responsible for developing a world-class shopping experience on HP.com, ensuring that the online merchandising strategy aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives . The role spans a wide range of ecommerce functions, from coordinating new product launches to creating and analyzing reports using web analytics platforms.
The Merchandiser partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, Marketing, and Analytics , to drive market share growth, support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and enable new business development initiatives.
Essential responsibilities
Provide guidance on Print category merchandising plans (site creative & promotions; videos, display, taxonomy and navigation of category, family, and product pages).
Manage web KPIs such as category conversion, left our site, AOV, abandon cart, bounce/exit rates, AOV, etc.
Education and Experience Required:
Expertise and knowledge in the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc ), including trends and technologies
