This role supports the General Manager and senior business leaders in driving business operations, strategic priorities, and cross-functional coordination. This role is designed for professionals looking to gain broad business exposure, support executive-level priorities, and develop strong executive partnership skills. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the GM and multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions. The role focuses on business tracking, project coordination, executive communications, operational execution, and selected day-to-day administrative responsibilities that enable executive efficiency. This position provides unique visibility into business decision-making and serves as an excellent development opportunity for future business and operational leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Planning

Support the GM in tracking key business priorities, initiatives, and deliverables.

Monitor business performance indicators, including revenue, quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics.

Coordinate regular business reviews and follow-up activities.

Help maintain executive dashboards and business scorecards.
Project Coordination

Manage, assume ownership of, and track strategic projects across multiple functions.

Ensure timely completion of action items, deadlines, and milestones.

Coordinate project updates and status reports for leadership reviews.

Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation needs.
Executive Communications & Presentations

Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, customer engagements, and organizational updates.

Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into clear and concise business narratives.

Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Executive & Administrative Support

Attend selected meetings with or on behalf of the GM, capture key discussion points, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Take ownership of selected day-to-day business and administrative responsibilities to support executive efficiency.

Manage or coordinate agenda planning, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics when required.

Set, track, and drive deadlines to ensure timely execution of business priorities and project milestones.

Assume ownership of selected high-priority projects and coordinate delegation across functional teams as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with teams including Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Facilitate communication and alignment across organizations.

Coordinate meeting agendas, documentation, follow-up actions, and governance processes.
Business Analysis

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decisions.

Track business performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct market, competitive, and operational research when required.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related area.

3+ years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, project management, finance, sales operations, strategy, or related fields.

Advanced English communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives.
