Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of overall experience in networking or NOC environments.
- Hands-on experience with NOC operations and support (L1/L2).
- Experience working with Cisco, Arista, and/or Juniper network devices.
- Strong understanding of:
**Routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP basics)
**Switching (VLANs, STP)
**TCP/IP fundamentals
- Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
