Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Specialist , you will support the Commercial organization in the execution of go to market digital processes and campaigns. Have a desire to dive deep into the marketing tech stack.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you'll work with the demand generation, SaaS marketing, and revenue operations teams. Your responsibilities will include building daily tasks, supporting campaigns, and operational programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity of source systems to support GTM (go to market) activity by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene.
- Work with the operations team to support incoming cases, ongoing process changes, and systems builds.
- Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across the prospect and customer lifecycles, including MQLs, SQOs and velocity.
- Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, systems stability, enrichment and enhancements.
- Follow through with the marketing team, ensure that you deliver projects on time and meet deadlines using project management solutions (ClickUp, Salesforce Work Manager).
- Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance.
- Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied teams.
- Active participation in the Agile methodology to manage marketing campaign support and infrastructure improvements to support the prospect and customer lifecycles.
- Use insights from platform-based reporting and new functionalities in the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience.
- Adobe Marketo Engage certification is an asset.
- We prefer experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, Google Analytics or similar.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations.
- Advanced English
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- Experience building and working on cross-channel marketing programs.
- Data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from multiple sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions.
- Enjoy working in cross-collaborative teams and capacity to both learn from and teach others.
- Strong working relationships with team members, vendors and partners, and can foster cooperation in non-hierarchical relationships.
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly correlate new concepts to existing knowledge.
- Technically, and a desire to improve processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have project management instincts, including the skills to specify project timeframes, risks and dependencies.
