Is responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse operations across multiple shifts, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role goes beyond daily supervision by driving continuous improvement initiatives, leading strategic projects, and optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. The position also plays a key role in resolving non-conformities, strengthening operational processes, and developing high performing teams.

Lead and coordinate warehouse operations across multiple shifts, ensuring alignment, continuity, and operational efficiency.

Establish and review monthly safety controls to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

Ensure accurate execution of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.

Conduct regular GEMBA walks and 5S audits to plan, allocate, and optimize labor, equipment, and warehouse space according to business demand.

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, service levels, and inventory accuracy through weekly dashboards.

Execute corrective and improvement actions based on KPI results and present findings to management and corporate stakeholders when required.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.

Lead and manage warehouse projects from planning through execution, with a focus on labor optimization, cost reduction, process improvement, and warehouse layout enhancements.

Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues using root cause analysis methodologies.

Drive operational excellence in shipping and distribution activities by understanding shipment types, mapping logistics flows, and evaluating performance metrics.
