We are seeking a highly organized, business-oriented, and detail-driven professional to support the delivery of operational security across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
This role serves as a central coordination point between consultants, field teams, subcontractors, finance, and clients, ensuring efficient service delivery, commercial alignment, and administrative excellence.
The position offers strong exposure to real-world security operations, project coordination, client engagement, and consulting workflows. It is ideal for candidates looking to develop within a dynamic, high-performance operational security consulting environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Logistics

Coordinate protective services, secure transportation, and embedded personnel assignments

Support operational projects from initiation through completion

Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners
Administrative Management & Control

Maintain project trackers, operational documentation, and reporting tools

Manage invoices, purchase orders, and financial tracking activities

Ensure timely and accurate administrative close-out of projects
Commercial & Consulting Support

Assist in proposal preparation, pricing structures, and quotations

Prepare client-facing documentation (reports, presentations, scopes of work)

Support communication and follow-up with clients regarding deliverables
Project & Stakeholder Management

Maintain oversight of multiple requests and ongoing assignments

Ensure timely delivery, operational continuity, and quality standards

Coordinate requirements across internal and external stakeholders
Field Support

Participate in field-based operational security assignments

Support event security coordination and protective services tasks

Contribute to deliverables such as operational reports, journey management plans, and risk-based recommendations
Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, operations support, project coordination, security-related administration, consulting support, or similarly structured operational environments

Preferred prior exposure to operational security, secure transportation, embedded staffing, event security, or related security support environments.

Basic understanding of task structures, risk-based operational planning, and security terminology.
