Operations & Property Support Coordinator (Hybrid – Maintenance + Real Estate)

Remote | Central Time Business Hours
Pay Rate: $123 – $308 MXN per hour (≈ $6.85 – $17.10 USD/hour, based on experience)
This is a hybrid operations role supporting both maintenance/construction operations and real estate / fix & flip projects. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive coordinator who can manage work orders, follow up independently, and keep projects moving across multiple systems without constant oversight.
This is not a basic admin role.
Core Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations (Crawford Construction Corp.)
- Create and manage work orders for repairs, inspections, and estimates
- Coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and tenants
- Answer incoming maintenance calls and provide timely client updates
- Ensure before / during / after photos are uploaded via Pruvan Direct
- Enter updates into client portals including Property Meld, HomeRiver Group, Cyprexx, Century 21 Accent Homes, and others as assigned
- Assist with permit applications, scheduling, and follow-ups across active work orders
- Actively drive Pending Approvals and follow-ups to resolution
Real Estate & Fix + Flip Support (Grand Haven Realty LLC)
- Assist with BPO submissions and investor documentation
- Support active listings (data entry, updates, coordination)
- Track rehab progress and listing readiness for fix & flip properties
- Upload marketing materials and coordinate with design/media vendors
- Assist with recruiting and supporting real estate agents
- Support listing updates, agent communication, and administrative needs
Administrative & Executive Support
- Maintain project boards, task tracking, and calendars via Monday.com and Outlook
- Submit updates through Monday.com, Dialpad, and email
- Follow up on permits, inbox items, clients, and backlogged tasks
- Ensure systems accurately reflect real-time project status
Systems You Must Be Comfortable Using
- Monday.com (required)
- Property management portals
- Email and phone coordination
- Pruvan Direct (photo documentation)
- Hubstaff (time & activity tracking with screenshots enabled)
- Dialpad or Slack for daily check-ins

Important Expectations
- This role requires consistent availability
- Last-minute absences or missed follow-ups will not work
- You are expected to review notes and documentation before escalating
- Performance is reviewed closely during the first 30 days
Terms of Employment
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday (Central Time)
- 2-week paid training period
- 90-day performance review
- Hubstaff time tracking required during work hours
