Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's recruitment affairs, including the entire process of resume screening and hiring for the operation management team and front-line employees.
- Organize interviews, conduct background verification, qualification review and official document inspection.
- Assist each department with onboarding guidance, pre-job training and probation follow-up for new employees.
- Responsible for employee attendance, attendance discipline, abnormal situations, leave approval, separation management and other related work.
- Participate in employee performance appraisal, be responsible for payroll calculation, and assist with tax filing and salary disbursement processes.
- Carry out the construction of team employee relations, team motivation and recognition work.
- Assist with administrative procedures: registration of employment contracts, social security (IMSS)/housing fund (INFONAVIT), and various legal processes.
- Monitor the employee attrition rate and propose employee retention solutions, and maintain regular communication with supervisors at all levels of frontline teams and the operation management layer.
- Strictly comply with Mexico's current labor regulations (LFT).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in human resources (recruitment/employee relations), with prior experience in call centers, bank collection or fintech industry being preferred.
- Familiar with personnel recruitment and onboarding processes as well as Mexico's labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using Office work software (Excel, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
- Clear in communication and expression, friendly to others, and equipped with negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Well-organized, punctual and rigorous, with a strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality.
