Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Client is seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Medical Scribe Virtual Assistant to support a busy healthcare practice with medical documentation, patient communication, and administrative support.
The primary focus of this role is medical scribing and note documentation, helping reduce the workload on in-house medical assistants while improving the accuracy and completeness of patient records.
The ideal candidate has strong healthcare experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Primary Responsibilities1. Medical Scribing & Documentation (Top Priority)

Accurately document patient visits and medical notes

Assist providers with detailed medical documentation

Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient records

Support SOAP note preparation and clinical documentation workflows

Reduce documentation burden on medical assistants
2. Phone Support & Patient Communication

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally

Assist with patient communication and follow-up

Support administrative coordination related to patient care
3. Patient Triage & Administrative Support

Assist with patient triage support

Help route patient concerns appropriately

Support clinic administrative workflows and documentation tasks

Requirements

Extensive medical scribing experience is REQUIRED

Healthcare industry background required

Pain management experience preferred
