ABOUT US
Immediate Fire Protection is LA's all-in-one fire protection solution. We design, install, repair, and inspect fire suppression systems across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, including LAFD Regulation 4 testing. We're a growing company leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI-powered project management to deliver best-in-class service.

This role is critical to our operations — you will be responsible for reviewing field inspection data, writing fire protection compliance reports, generating repair quotes, and ensuring timely submission to regulatory authorities including the LAFD Compliance Engine.
You'll work directly with our field technicians' inspection data and translate it into professional, code-compliant reports. We use modern tools (Asana, CompanyCam, ServiceBridge) and have AI-assisted report generation to support your workflow — but we need someone who understands fire protection systems and can ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review field inspection data from CompanyCam (photos, notes, checklists) and translate into formal compliance reports
Write and complete LAFD Regulation 4 reports for all system types: fire alarm, fire sprinkler, standpipe, fire pump, emergency power, fire door, elevator, fire escape, smoke removal, and generator systems
Submit completed reports through the LAFD Compliance Engine (compliance.lafd.org) and Brycer CE portals
Prepare Title 19 / AES reports for non-LAFD jurisdictions (Beverly Hills, Glendale, Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, Santa Monica, etc.)
Create repair quotes based on inspection findings and deficiencies identified during testing
Track report completion timelines and ensure all reports are submitted within required deadlines
Coordinate with field technicians to obtain missing information or clarify inspection findings
Maintain organized client report files and ensure year-over-year consistency
Review prior-year reports to carry forward building and system information
Work within our Asana project management system to track report status from creation to submission
