Data Solutions Specialist
As a Data Solutions Specialist at Aon Services Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our clients. Your work will be instrumental in helping companies navigate the complexities of compensation and survey data, ensuring seamless experiences and flawless results!

Complete survey input on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Conduct initial job matching for clients, applying your keen attention to detail and analytical skills

Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data, adhering strictly to our high standards

Collaborate closely with internal groups, including Data Solutions and Client Success Managers in the US and Mexico, to address compensation and survey input issues

Address client inquiries regarding compensation and survey data, offering thoughtful analyses
-
Develop and maintain positive collaborator relations through regular and proactive communications

Recognize, understand, and translate client questions, comments, and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments

Analyze compensation and survey reports, and assist in the review, development, and modification of reports for client use

Assist in various ad-hoc projects, demonstrating your versatility and ambition
We are seeking candidates who offer the following qualifications and experience to our team:
- 2 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or other connected fields of human resources preferred
- 2 years of experience in managing projects preferred

Strong data management skills, process orientation, and outstanding attention to detail

Proven analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative

Capability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to operate in a cooperative, group-focused setting

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled technology
