Responsibilities will include delivering accurate and reliable screening results, helping our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners. Attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.
- Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)
- Location: Position based in our Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX )
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Responsibilities:
- Handle verifications for some of our high-profile clients.
- Know customer SOPs and FADV systems
- Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.
- Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
- Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
- Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.
- Record confirmed information in our First Advantage’s platforms, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.
- Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.
- Perform other related tasks and functions as needed.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- At least 1+ year(s) of work experience is required, preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, and/or with fact-checking and fact-checking responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) and reading comprehension
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and use of good judgment
