1. Execute Assigned Supply Planning Tasks The role delivers defined supply planning tasks accurately and on time. It follows established procedures and planning standards. This work supports operational continuity.
2. Maintain Planning Data and Outputs The role updates planning data, trackers, and reports. It ensures information is accurate, complete, and current. This enables reliable supply plans.
3. Support Inventory and Materials Planning The role supports inventory monitoring and materials coordination activities. It identifies basic issues and flags them as needed. This support contributes to supply readiness.
4. Collaborate Within the Planning Team The role communicates status, issues, and updates within the planning team. It coordinates with adjacent functions when required. This collaboration ensures alignment and smooth execution.
5. Apply Established Procedures to Resolve Issues The role resolves routine planning issues using documented procedures and guidelines. It escalates exceptions appropriately when issues fall outside standard practices. This approach maintains execution quality.
