We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Required Skills:
- Support Account Managers by assisting with day-to-day activities including sample entry, document distribution, quotations, regulatory responses, and order follow-up.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and ensure prompt and courteous issue resolution.

Assist with sales activities such as responding to product questions, providing product information, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Act as a liaison with customers during Account Manager travel or absences (e.g., vacation, leave).

Serve as backup to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.
