Responsibilities:
Join our Route Planning team and help design solutions that improve transportation efficiency, support business growth, and optimize cost to serve and provide support to LATAM team.
As a Route Planning Analyst, you will support the execution of route engineering solutions using specialized technology such as Territory Planner. You will work with different teams to understand business needs, implement routing solutions, monitor results, and support continuous improvement.

Execute route planning solutions based on business requirements.

Use Territory Planner and established route planning processes to support routing decisions.

Work with Route Planning Coordinators and project teams to clarify requirements and follow up on solutions.

Monitor route performance and prepare reports to track results.

Identify opportunities to improve routing solutions based on operational feedback and performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within Route Planning.

Ensure assigned requests are completed within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related area.

Fluent professional English is required.

Strong interest and ability to learn new technology and analytical tools.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Experience with Territory Planner or similar routing tools is a plus.
