As our Head of Digital Product, you will play a pivotal leadership role in defining, developing, and delivering the Foundation's digital product strategy and framework. Reporting to the Product & Technology Director, you will work closely with the Head of Technology and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure our digital products are innovative, user-centric, and aligned with TRF's strategic goals. You will lead the Product Management team, collaborating cross-functionally with technology, design, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions across our diverse portfolio.
About the role:
- Shape and Own the Product Framework:
Develop, implement, and continuously refine a robust product framework that ensures consistency, quality, and scalability across all digital products and services.
- Strategic Leadership:
Define and communicate the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in close partnership with the Head of Technology and other SLT Directors to drive seamless collaboration between product, technology, UX, and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Portfolio & Delivery Management:
Oversee the end-to-end digital product portfolio, from ideation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality releases. Optimize processes for product change management, workflow, and stakeholder engagement.
- User-Centered Product Development:
Embed user experience (UX) best practices into the product lifecycle, leveraging data-driven insights, user research, and feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- AI & Digital Transformation:
Champion the adoption of AI and automation within the digital product function, collaborating with technology leads to unlock efficiencies and new capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital product management team, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
About you:
To be our Head of Digital Product, you will likely have:
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, including leadership of cross-functional teams and complex portfolios.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling product frameworks, processes, and roadmaps in a digital environment.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, user-centered digital products and services.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience working closely with technology, UX, and design leaders; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled product development and digital transformation initiatives is a strong asset.
