About the role
As an Airport Cost Control Sr Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing airport-related operating costs across Viva’s network. You will work closely with Airport Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to analyze cost performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making. Your work will contribute to improving cost control, budget accuracy, and the overall efficiency of airport operations.
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and present operating costs associated with airport services and ground handling operations.
Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for operational leadership, including budget and forecast impact assessments.
Monitor operational efficiency indicators and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Prepare and record accounting entries in SAP related to airport operating expenses.
Analyze airport service and ground handling costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
Provide financial support to airport operational teams and collaborate on cost-saving initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor airport cost performance and operational trends.
Participate in special projects focused on improving operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational initiatives with financial objectives.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong financial focus.
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, FP&A, or operational finance.
Experience analyzing financial data, cost variances, budgets, and forecasts.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
Basic English proficiency.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational and finance teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
