This role will focus on optimizing channel partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth through innovative marketing programs tailored to the industrial channel and/or at an account level for National Accounts.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support industrial account growth, including partner-specific campaigns, events, placements, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities and implement data-driven strategies for improvement within the sales NAM/KAM.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams (e.g., product, brand, sales) and channel partners to ensure alignment and drive joint marketing activities.
- Coordinate and manage various activities related to promotions, special projects, and bids, optimizing operations and commercial reach.
- Develop and execute promotional and commercial plans tailored for key national accounts.
- Support bids and JSS projects by providing price quotations and necessary details for participation.
- Validate product availability with the Supply team and communicate demand changes to optimize inventory and distribution.
- Monitor and report on promo/program effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with sales partners, ensuring their needs are met and collaboration remains seamless.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
- Working knowledge of demand planning and supply chain management, including forecasting and collaboration with supply teams to ensure product availability.
- Moderate understanding of financial principles to evaluate cost-effectiveness and assess the impact of decisions on profitability.
- Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent bilingual communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, reporting and analytics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with industrial products/verticals, trends, and customer needs.
- Experience managing partner networks or distributors.
