Develop monthly sales reports by product lines and brands, identifying key business trends and performance drivers.

Monitor and analyze sales KPIs for internal and external sales teams.

Manage and maintain the company's CRM, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system utilization.

Keep customer information updated and ensure CRM data integrity.

Train new and existing users on CRM best practices and process updates.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and reporting efficiency.

Prepare customized reports for management and internal stakeholders.
-
Provide ongoing support to CRM users by resolving questions and system-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, Commercial Reporting, or CRM Administration.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).

Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret commercial data and generate actionable insights.

Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+).

Experience supporting sales organizations.
-
Knowledge of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

Experience participating in process improvement initiatives.
-
Power BI experience is a strong plus.
