Our site in Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico) is currently looking for an
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Involved in the Development & Industrialization department, our Assistant Project Management supports local Project Managers and coordinates D&I activities to ensure the achievement of project time, quality, and cost objectives.
Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in all project coordination activities.

Develop, update, and monitor the project timeline.

Support the development of product and new equipment validation protocols.

Monitor CAPEX, product costs, and the overall project budget.

Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples, ensuring the involvement of all relevant departments.

Coordinate the preparation and shipment of materials required for new equipment validation activities.
-
Prepare and maintain project technical documentation, including datasheets, bills of materials (BOMs), and other related documentation.

Coordinate and monitor product validation and testing activities.
-
Organize, coordinate, and lead project status meetings with all departments involved.

Coordinate meetings with suppliers to define the scope of supply, monitor activity progress, and communicate updates to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Prepare periodic reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation actions.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a prerequisite

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1 + years of experience covering similar responsibilities

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
-
Team player, Problem solver
