Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (bilingual - C1 English)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Project Coordinator to join our Engineering Services team in CDMX. You will work directly alongside our Director of Engineering Services, supporting the administration and coordination of energy infrastructure projects across North America and Latin America.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in making complex operations run smoothly — and who wants to grow into project management and operations leadership over time.
Responsibilities - You will do:
- Track and coordinate project execution status, schedules, and invoicing across the Americas, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales documentation, including RFP preparation and purchase order processing.
- Audit project data in JIRA to ensure project managers provide correct information and documentation meets engineering quality standards.
- Follow up on ISO 9001 quality requirements: detecting deviations, supporting audits, and keeping our ENG-QA program on track.
- Generate resource and financial reports: including but not limited to project margin analysis, procurement, budgeting and costs at closure.
- Facilitate project logistics: meetings, minutes, action items, and cross-team follow-up across US and LATAM teams.
- Create and maintain project repositories, ensuring deliverables meet our quality standards from proposal to close.
- Use AI productivity tools to build and improve operational reports — we work with JIRA and Power BI and we expect you to get creative with the tools available to you.
Requirements - You need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) — this is a global operation, and you will communicate daily with teams in the US, Middle East, India, Asia and across Latin America.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; openness to learning project management and AI productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up communication skills.
- A proactive mindset oriented toward quality, process, and ownership.
A PLUS:
JIRA experience, Power BI or Excel reporting, ISO 9001 familiarity, CRM platform experience, Project management software

Pay: $26,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
