Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Network Optimization Manager, you will lead a team of Network Optimization and MPS planners responsible for translating network-wide supply strategies into optimized sourcing and production plans.
You will partner closely with Platform Owners, Industry Managers, Raw Material Planners, and Supply Planning teams to ensure supply decisions balance service, cost, capacity, and transportation constraints across the network. This role serves as a key decision-maker, leveraging advanced analytics, optimization models, and scenario planning to drive the lowest-cost-to-serve supply strategy while maintaining operational agility.
Beyond delivering optimized plans, you will foster strong cross-functional collaboration, develop planning capabilities within your team, and help drive continuous improvements in planning processes and systems.
Your Impact
As a Supply Chain Network Optimization Manager, your responsibilities would consist of:

Lead and develop a team of Network Optimization and MPS planners, providing coaching, guidance, and performance support while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Partner with Platform Owners and business stakeholders to develop optimized sourcing plans for finished and semi-finished goods across internal manufacturing sites and external co-manufacturers within the 0–64-week planning horizon.

Drive network optimization solution adoption and ensure optimization outputs are effectively integrated into supply planning decision-making.

Evaluate sourcing strategies and trade-offs through scenario analysis to balance service, cost, capacity, and transportation objectives.

Monitor network performance and key planning analytics, identifying risks, opportunities, and high-priority exceptions requiring resolution.

Influence strategic supply chain decisions using a total cost-to-serve mindset and a network-wide perspective.

Collaborate with global business, capability, and IT teams to implement process enhancements, system improvements, and planning transformation initiatives.

Escalate and facilitate resolution of system, process, or model issues impacting planning performance and business continuity.

Provide network sourcing, production, and warehousing recommendations to support business proposals, growth initiatives, and long-term planning objectives.

Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development by leveraging Network Optimization outputs and ensuring alignment across planning functions.

Ensure the integrity of master data, planning parameters, and optimization model inputs to maintain accurate and reliable planning solutions.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Network Optimization, or related planning functions.

Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including sourcing, capacity, transportation, inventory, and service optimization.

Experience working with network optimization tools, advanced planning systems, or supply planning platforms (SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar solutions preferred).

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
