We are currently seeking a proactive and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Nuevo Vallarta. If you thrive on client communication, sales, and project follow-up — this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls and send 50 prospecting emails per day to manage direct sales and schedule follow-up interactions.
- Provide customer service and sales support through calls and emails, addressing client needs and resolving issues.
- Guide clients through our rebate process, including training them on required procedures, collecting necessary documentation, and maintaining communication until completion.
- Submit a daily sales activity report to the sales manager.
- Participate in project evaluations and prepare recommendations for follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with daily performance goals and follow-up tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $16,000 MXN/month
- Attractive commission plan based on performance
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 paid time off (PTO) days per year
