Your Role
HR Operations LATAM, is a recent addition to Koch Global Services. We support Local HR by managing key HR operational processes and enhancing the processes, technology, and capabilities that enable Local HR to focus on strategic priorities and the PBM culture.
Our Team
We provide transactional support to Local HR across payroll systems, myHR, major medical insurance, and social security processes. These services were previously managed by Local HR, and our team now delivers them at scale through efficient, centralized support.
What You Will Do
- Provide support to HR teams primarily across LATAM by managing back-end processes such as hiring, contracts, terminations, and employee data changes across systems including MyHR, IDSE, Tress, Eslabón, and others.
- Demonstrate and promote the application of Principle Based Management (PBM®) with employees, supervisors, business HR, and the HR Administration team.
- Ensure all transactions entered into the systems comply with local legal requirements and internal compliance commitments, while maintaining timely and effective communication across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, team members, business partners, and other key stakeholders through collaboration and results-driven execution.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information by escalating concerns appropriately and consistently following established policies and procedures.
- Support projects and temporary workload initiatives, including activities related to unemployment processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in a business-related function such as HR, payroll, benefits, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver results.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive, high-impact transactions with accuracy and discretion.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to collaborate effectively, create presentations, develop and analyze spreadsheets, and prepare professional communications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities.
- Fluent or proficient in English.
- Ability to work onsite.
