Peripheral Coordinator
The Peripheral Coordinator is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality of production processes in peripheral areas by monitoring the production schedule, with the objective of meeting customer requirements. This role also coordinates and supervises the personnel assigned to these areas to ensure the proper execution of operations.
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety standards by verifying the proper use of PPE and the implementation of safety checklists by personnel.

Coordinate and supervise staff in peripheral areas, ensuring proper task assignment and achievement of operational objectives.

Monitor and analyze production reports, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement in the performance of the areas under responsibility.

Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology in peripheral areas to guarantee order, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Support inventory control activities by performing cycle counts and participating in monthly physical inventories.

Contribute to quality problem analysis and resolution by participating in the development and follow-up of action plans.

Communicate and promote safety, quality, and organizational communication programs and guidelines among personnel in the areas under coordination.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing or maquiladora industry.

Intermediate level of English.

Schedule flexibility.

Experience managing and supervising operational personnel.

Knowledge of industrial safety.

Understanding of operations and production flow.

Basic production data analysis skills.

Knowledge of quality fundamentals.

5S methodology and waste identification.

Basic inventory control.

Proficiency in MS Office.
