Responsabilidades
Genericas:
- Administrar la matriz de competencias y capacitación del personal.
- Coordinar la programación, logística y registro de cursos de capacitación internos y externos.
- Mantener actualizados los expedientes y registros de capacitación de los colaboradores.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan anual de capacitación.
- Apoyar en la evaluación de la efectividad de la capacitación mediante los métodos establecidos.
- Administrar la plataforma o sistema de gestión de capacitación (LMS, cuando aplique).
- Controlar la emisión, revisión, distribución y resguardo de documentos del Sistema de Gestión.
- Mantener actualizada la lista maestra de documentos y registros.
- Verificar que únicamente se encuentren disponibles las versiones vigentes de procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo, formatos y políticas.
- Apoyar en la preparación y seguimiento de auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.
- Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas derivadas de auditorías relacionadas con capacitación y control documental.
- Elaborar indicadores de capacitación y del Sistema de Gestión.
- Apoyar en la difusión de políticas, procedimientos y cambios documentales.
- Coordinar el proceso de inducción relacionado con calidad y Sistema de Gestión para personal de nuevo ingreso.
- Brindar soporte a las diferentes áreas en temas relacionados con documentación y cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión.
- Apoyo para la interpretación de la norma ISO 9001:2015.
- Administración de documentos y registros.
- Elaboración y control de procedimientos, formatos e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Gestión de competencias y matrices de capacitación.
- Elaboración de planes y programas de capacitación.
- Técnicas básicas de capacitación para adultos.
- Indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
- Manejo de bases de datos y control de información.
- Manejo de plataformas LMS o sistemas electrónicos de capacitación.
Manejo de herramientas de mejora continua (5S, Kaizen, 5 Porqués, Ishikawa).

Requisitos del Puesto
- Carrera técnica o Ingeniería en Administración, Industrial, Gestión Empresarial, Calidad, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
- 2 años de experiencia en administración de capacitación, control documental o sistemas de gestión.
- Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura (deseable).
- Participación en auditorías internas o externas (deseable).
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente en equipo.
- Idioma básico
