Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment with attention to reported failures and application of preventive and predictive maintenance in Modules. Guarantee an immediate response to the reported stoppages by reducing the response time generating a good result reflected in the SQDCM. Fill out correctly the formats and informative reports of the area, as well as all information requested in dispatch. Deliver shift, specifying the relevant activities and pending work to finish on the next shift. Apply the "Machinery Repair Standard" to correct equipment failures. Safeguard measurement equipment, work tools, and personal safety equipment, keeping them in good condition and notify when any tool is out of optimal condition. Maintain in good condition the measuring instruments, work tools and personal safety equipment, as well as notify when any tool is no longer in safe condition. Perform problem solving analysis on the machinery and generate the corresponding action plans. Report corresponding information for the elaboration of KPIs. Ensure, evaluate, and track downtime, TPM (OPM), closure of anomalies, drill down of machines assigned by the Supervisor.
Education: Technical Career, TSU / Electromechanical Engineer or similar. Experience: 2 years. Knowledges/Skills: Tool Management, General Knowledge of Module Processing (Band it, Bending Machines, Hardware, Torque, HACS,) Electricity, diagram interpretation, Pneumatics, Mechanics, Electronics, Hydraulics.
