Bilingual Field Representative (Lancaster, CA) – Spanish Speaker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and highly personable Bilingual Field Representative to represent our firm in the Lancaster, CA market. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with referral partners, and increasing awareness of the firm's services.
The ideal candidate is a confident English and Spanish speaker who enjoys working in the field, networking with professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Experience in personal injury, legal services, healthcare, automotive, insurance, or a related industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the firm's services to prospective clients and referral partners, including body shops, medical clinics, and other potential business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
- Conduct regular outreach through face-to-face visits, phone calls, networking events, and other business development activities.
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term business partnerships.
- Consistently work toward and achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective referral partners.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners and accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Understand partner needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address questions or concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and generate additional business.
Field & Market Engagement
- Travel regularly throughout Lancaster and the assigned surrounding territory to meet with clients, referral partners, and prospective businesses.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services.
- Attend networking events, industry events, community activities, and other business development opportunities.
- Represent the firm professionally and serve as a positive ambassador for the brand.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local market.
- Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and business partners.
Market Research & Reporting
- Research local market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and partnership development.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, partner interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, partner feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate market feedback and recommend opportunities to improve services and business strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish; Spanish-speaking ability is required.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, field sales, account management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries.

- Existing professional relationships or networks within the Lancaster/Antelope Valley area.
- Experience developing referral partnerships or referral-based business.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or business development goals.
- Experience representing a company at networking events, community events, or industry functions.
