We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Tax & Accounting Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information, tax compliance, internal controls, and accounting processes across the organization.
Ensure the timely and accurate recognition of tax-related transactions in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulations.
Perform end-to-end reconciliations between operational and accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Validate the integrity and consistency of financial information from multiple sources.
Identify, analyze, and follow up on discrepancies, variances, and financial risks.
Execute and document internal controls under ICFR/SOX frameworks.
Prepare supporting documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Systems teams to support efficient and compliant processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3+ years of experience in External Audit (mandatory).
Professional experience within a Big Four, public accounting firm, or consulting environment (mandatory).
Strong understanding of accounting processes, including provisions, accruals, reconciliations, tax accounting, and financial controls.
Hands-on experience with month-end closing activities and financial statement review.
Experience preparing and supporting internal and external audits.
Knowledge of IFRS; experience with IFRS 15 is highly desirable.
Experience with internal controls, risk management, and ICFR/SOX frameworks.
Ability to identify financial risks, investigate variances, and ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
