To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintaining, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities in areas of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo-expanders and other turbomachinery events.
As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring customer satisfaction by deploying qualified FSEs for complex and standard Field Service Projects, collecting feed-back to understand assignment appreciation from customer and, eventually, implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Services).

Have previous experience as Resource manager / Field Service Manager within Energy industry, preferable with Field Service.

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience Managing field Engineers.
Show knowledge of English and Spanish, spoken and written, is a must.
Demonstrate familiarity with common PC software tools.
Demonstrate knowledge in Turbomachinery and Compressors will be a plus (Nice to have)
