We're looking for an AI Developer who enjoys building, experimenting, and shipping real AI solutions. This is not a research position. You'll be writing code, integrating APIs, deploying AI applications, and helping shape the next generation of our products.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI agents and workflow automations.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
- Connect AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party platforms.
- Develop chatbot and Voice AI solutions.
- Improve prompt quality, response accuracy, and system performance.
- Deploy and maintain production-ready AI applications.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Python.
- JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Prompt Engineering.
- SQL and relational databases.
- Git and GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- LangChain.
- LangGraph.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Vector Databases.
- Docker.
- FastAPI.
- Node.js.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- n8n.
- Twilio, Vapi, ElevenLabs, or Voice AI technologies.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who has already built AI applications—not just experimented with prompts. You should be comfortable taking an idea, designing a solution, building it, testing it, and deploying it with minimal supervision. Ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning are just as important as technical skills.
