About This Role:
We are hiring a Partnership Operations Specialist to help turn closed partnership deals into live, working campaigns. This is not a sales, logistics, warehouse, order fulfillment, or supply chain role. You will build landing pages, signup flows, promo logic, lead capture workflows, and simple member pipelines using AI-assisted tools. The right person is technical, visual, organized, and able to make things work without needing daily instructions.
Important Role Clarification:
The founders close the deals. Your job starts after a partnership is agreed. This role is for someone who can build the needed pages, flows, links, and workflows so the partnership can go live and work properly.
Key Responsibilities:
Turn closed partnership agreements into live, functioning deliverables.
Build landing pages, partner pages, signup flows, promo logic, lead capture workflows, and member pipelines.
Use AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Claude, Webflow, or similar platforms to build pages and workflows without coding from scratch.
Make sure landing pages and signup flows look clean, professional, and ready for users.
Coordinate with the partner's technical team to make sure URLs, popups, forms, lead capture, and member flows work properly.
Test links, pages, forms, promo codes, popups, and signup flows before launch.
Troubleshoot issues that may block a partnership from going live.
Read partner email threads and identify what needs to be built, updated, or completed.
Track active partnership deliverables, deadlines, blockers, and next steps.
Follow up with internal team members and partners before tasks get delayed.
Flag risks early if a launch may be delayed.
Draft clear partner-facing emails when needed.
Support light community operations such as onboarding flows, welcome messages, and member workflow updates.
Software/Platforms/Tools:
AI-assisted website and workflow tools such as Lovable, Claude, Claude Code, Webflow, or similar platforms
AI research and writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms
Landing page builders, signup flow tools, CRM tools, or pipeline tools
Email, newsletter, and community platforms
Slack
Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools
Qualifications:
Experience in operations, growth operations, partnership operations, technical project coordination, community operations, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Claude, Webflow, or similar platforms.
Able to build landing pages, signup flows, and simple workflows without coding from scratch.
Strong visual eye and ability to tell if a page or flow looks clean, credible, and ready to launch.
Able to own the process from deal handoff to live launch.
Comfortable coordinating with partner-side technical teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to write clear partner-facing emails.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple partners, deliverables, blockers, and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
Proactive and able to figure out next steps without needing a daily task list.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
Able to commit to this as a full-time role, not a side gig.
Nice to have:
Experience with e-commerce brands, DTC brands, paid communities, events, conferences, newsletters, or partnership-based growth.
Experience supporting partner promotions, co-marketing campaigns, or content partnerships.
Experience with community operations such as member onboarding, welcome flows, or engagement workflows.
Experience working in a startup or small team.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with required overlap during US business hours for check-ins, partner coordination, and launch-related communication.
