What will you do?

Standardize and document key processes that are part of Production Supervisors' daily routines.

Develop and automate reports, dashboards, logs, and data tracking tools to improve operational efficiency.

Consolidate and analyze production data from multiple sources to support decision-making and KPI management.

Identify opportunities to simplify workflows through digital tools, automation, and AI-based solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data effectively.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Interest in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and AI applications.

Who will you report to?

This position reports directly to Production Managers.

The intern will work closely with Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and key stakeholders across the Production Department.

The candidate will receive coaching and mentorship from Production Management while supporting department-wide projects.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong digital skills; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, etc.

Demonstrated interest in data analysis, process improvement, automation, and manufacturing operations.

Intermediate English proficiency and the ability to work independently on analytical and improvement projects.
