Role: IT Account Manager
Location: Mexico Remote
Salary Range: $35 - 40 k MNX Monthly + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned tech clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and analyze client hiring needs to proactively propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to fill open positions quickly and efficiently.
- Develop strategies to expand client accounts by identifying new hiring opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through virtual meetings, email, and calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring transparency, quick response times, and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters
- Experience working with U.S. or LATAM-based tech companies.
- Experience dealing with US Clients and knowledge of US Tax Terms like Corp to Corp, W2, 1099.
- Must have experience in dealing Contractual and Full Time roles in the USA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar role (preferably in IT or recruitment services).Strong understanding of technology industry roles and hiring processes.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely with international clients.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Bullhorn).
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and client reporting
Sueldo: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes
