Review, map, and document end-to-end customs processes to ensure comprehensive activity capture and mitigate risk of shipment disruptions related to customs compliance.

Review reports on a regular basis to track shipment status and identify potential risks or deviations.

Ensure shipments cross within target timeframes, coordinating preventive and corrective actions as needed.

Identify root cause of shipment holds/delays and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

Follow up on shipments hold due to customs issues, escalated by the logistics team through to resolution.

Develop analytic tools.

Develop performance metrics.

On-site position, Monday to Friday; remote support may be required during weekends.
