Role Summary:
As a Customer Development Executive for the Veterinary Channel, you will be the key person to influence our clients, driving sales growth, increasing market share, and improving services. You will lead the relationship with our main Distributors, supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM) in establishing positive relationships with key account personnel, including Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain, to support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:

Implement commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 7Ps within the omnichannel environment to generate benefits for both our clients and Hill’s

Achieve sales targets for assigned clients and support the BDM in analytical tasks to identify opportunities and risks

Perform administrative tasks for the accounts, including distribution, client coverage, and opportunity analysis

Maintain proactive communication with clients, managing product updates, stock availability, and price changes

Oversee client inventory management, ensuring correct delivery and optimal presentation at the point of sale

Analyze data to make decisions that benefit both the company and the client, including the development of Growth Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP)
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
-
2+ years of experience working in the sales area and managing clients
-
Intermediate/Advanced English
-
Proficient in Excel
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics, among others

Analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the Veterinary Channel

Knowledge of DOMO, or willingness to learn
