We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to modernize tooling, accelerate CI/CD, and enable safe AI-assisted development across teams. You will remove workflow friction from local setup to production and coach engineers on best practices—apply to help boost productivity at scale.
Responsibilities

Optimize the front-end development lifecycle from local setup to production deployment

Diagnose bottlenecks in build, test, and deployment flows and implement measurable fixes

Design and maintain shared front-end tooling, templates, and boilerplate configurations

Standardize monorepo practices, linting, formatting, and dependency management patterns
-
Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding tools and define safe usage guidelines
-
Pilot and integrate AI agents and code-generation workflows into everyday engineering practices

Collaborate with DevOps to accelerate CI/CD, reduce build times, and improve feedback loops
-
Improve bundle size, compilation speed, and overall runtime performance of front-end deliverables

Document best practices and deliver training to help teams adopt new workflows quickly
Requirements

5+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript experience in modern front-end ecosystems

5+ years of React and Next.js experience

Lead-level ownership experience driving developer experience or platform initiatives

Strong CI/CD pipeline expertise with build, test, and release automation

Advanced build tooling knowledge across bundlers, monorepos, and code quality standards

Strong performance optimization skills for builds, bundles, and feedback loops

Hands-on AI-assisted coding tools experience and governance mindset for safe adoption

Excellent communication skills for documentation, enablement, and cross-team collaboration

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have

Experience with Vite, Turborepo, Nx, or ESBuild for large-scale front-end systems

Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for front-end pipelines

Background in platform engineering or internal developer tooling at scale
