About Us
We are a high-end independent automotive dealership in California specializing in luxury and exotic vehicles — Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, and similar makes. Our finance team is small, fast-moving, and fully bilingual, supporting daily operations, lender relationships, and financial reporting for a multi-million-dollar inventory portfolio.
We are looking for a recent university graduate to join our treasury function. You will work remotely from Mexico as part of the accounting team, managing the company's daily cash operations and vendor payments. You will be trained directly by our current treasury and accounting staff, with real responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash position across multiple bank accounts and prepare cash reports for management.
- Process vendor payments by wire transfer, ACH, and corporate card; confirm payment application with vendors.
- Track incoming wires from lenders and customers and match them to vehicle deals.
- Support floor plan (inventory financing) administration: funding notices, payoffs, and lender reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain payment and liability trackers in Excel.
- Communicate in English with US-based banks, lenders, and vendors by email and phone.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end close and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Any relevant dealership accounting experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excel Skills, OneDrive, Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and absolute discretion handling confidential financial information.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment; reliable home internet.
- English level at least a B2 level written and spoken — daily communication is in English. Interviews are conducted in English.
- No prior work experience required — we hire for ability and attitude.
Compensation & Contractor Details (Contractor - RESICO)
This is an independent contractor position, not an employment relationship. You will be contracted directly as an independent professional registered under the Mexican RESICO tax regime, invoice us monthly with a valid CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital), and remain fully responsible for your own tax filings in Mexico.
- $18,000–$22,000 MXN monthly(depending on qualifications), invoiced monthly via CFDI.
- Independent Contractor role (you handle your own taxes and invoicing).
- Payment terms: NET 5–7 days upon receipt of valid invoice, via transfer to your Mexican bank account.
- Monday–Friday schedule ( Pacific Time Zone)
- Annual performance-based compensation review after 12 months; performance bonuses at our discretion.
- One-time equipment allowance for computer/desk setup (if needed).
